a Pools with its roaming herds of elephant and buffalo, experiencing the enchantment of the Zambezi in your own canoe is undoubtedly the way the African bush was meant to be seen.

A safety talk and demonstration of how to paddle a canoe will be followed by the first day’s canoeing stretch of just over 18km. That evening you will set up camp on the Island of Kakomarara, where there is time to bath, relax and have dinner.

The safari is semi-participatory i.e. you can participate in setting up and taking down the camps (if you choose) and is suited to clients who have an adventurous spirit and who enjoy a truly outdoor experience.
