Ndolwane’s lease of life

Rhumba band Ndolwane Super Sounds has announced a return to the music industry after a two-year absence, with a brand new hit album, Bakhuzeni.

“Fans said they had been waiting for ages to hear music like this and they want to buy original CDs in support of the album,” said Sibanda. “To my fans I’m still the Martin of Ndolwane Super Sounds which shook the music industry here and back home in Zimbabwe.”

Sibanda said he had lost several co-workers to death and relocation and acknowledged that this had negatively affected his work.

The six-track album includes tracks such as Bakhuzeni, Bayafunda yini? Danguhwa and Sekukubi. He composed all the songs and recorded with NM Records in Johannesburg.

Sibanda recently visited Zimbabwe to promote the album and will be extending his promotional tour to several other Southern African countries.
