This is an intensive seven weeks of study and professional networking that will take Fellows across the United States from October 4 to November 22, 2015. Participants make a commitment to mentor women in their home countries and regions after the completion of the fellowship to advance the next generation of emerging women leaders.
The women were selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants from 37 countries. Participants in the WLP will receive EF’s coveted fellowship experience. They will travel to several cities in the U S and attend 50 to 60 appointments. They are expected to use this unique opportunity to identify concrete ways in which they can better their communities and advance their professional disciplines.
