The brief history of George Rice is mired with controversy and serious signs of instability as he defected with Welshman Ncube in 2005. He then joined a certain party called UPP led by Daniel Shumba where he took up the position of Provincial Coordinator. He is a serial sell-out and it is therefore not surprising to see George Rice undermining resolutions of the Council and the National Congress.
The party in Mashonaland Central Province is fully behind the Party’s National Council Resolutions as implemented by the President of the party and no one should stand in the way of the execution of the mandate we the people of Mashonaland Central and others gave to the President through Congress and recently buttressed by the National Council of 14 July 2016.
We take this opportunity to congratulate Mr Elias Mudzuri and Hon Nelson Chamisa on their new appointments.
