Police looking for MDC -T legislator -Khumalo: Video

Police in Bulawayo are looking for Tabitha Khumalo, the MDC –T Bulawayo East legislator for questioning.

Khumalo told The Zimbabwean that three police officers from the Law and Order section visited her house on Monday looking for her. “Three police officers identified as Nyanhete, Moyo and Nkomo visited
my residential place and left a message to the effect that I should report to the law and order section Tuesday morning. The officers also left their phone numbers” said Khumalo in an interview with The
Zimbabwean.

Khumalo who is also the MDC-T deputy national spokesperson said she will hand over herself to the police Tuesday morning. “I am not afraid to go and meet them because I have not committed any crime. I will be handing myself over to the police this morning (Tuesday) “said Khumalo.
Last week, Zimbabweans brought business to a standstill after they heeded a stay away call organized by #ThisFlag, Sesijikile/ Tajamuka, vendors and different other groups against corruption and the economic meltdown facing the country.
The #ThisFlag campaign leader Evan Mawarire handed himself over at Harare Central Police Station , after he was summoned to a appear for questioning.
