Tsvangirai made the announcement this morning at his residence following a day-long meeting in Harare yesterday with his party’s executive members.
The two vice-presidents join Thokozani Khupe who has held the position for several years.
Tsvangirai announced recently that he is battling colon cancer for which he is receiving treatment in South Africa. He appeared healthy when he addressed party youths that had gathered outside the party’s headquarters in Harare, Harvest House.

Harare - the leader of the main opposition party, Morgan Tsvangirai has appointed Nelson Chamisa and Ellias Mudzuri Vice-presidents of his MDC.
