HIGH Court Judge Justice Charles Hungwe will on Monday 21 May 2018 preside over the hearing and determination of an urgent court application filed by a visually impaired potential voter, Abraham Mateta, seeking an order to compel the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) to print ballot papers in a manner accessible to some visually impaired potential voters so that they can exercise their right to vote by secret ballot during the impending 2018 general election.
