In a statement government owned Telone said that it intended to offer through the hotline its stakeholders space to report unethical and dishonest behaviour.
“We have partnered with Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous to weed out fraud and unethical behaviour in our operations. We value ethical business practices as one of our principal core values. We are committed to a work ethic founded on trust,” read the statement.
Through the hotline that is offered by Deloitte Tip-offs suppliers, customers, employees, and members of the public can report unethical and dishonest behaviour that may be occurring in the loss making parastatal.
