The organisation specialises in protest theatre, human rights campaigns, lobbying, advocacy and peace-building projects. It holds workshops for artists and also takes part in school festivals.
The Director of the ensemble, Desire Moyo, told The Zimbabwean that as an organisation they realised art was key when it came to engaging the youth while encouraging them to take part in national events.
“Young people need to take part in national events so we use art to try and educate them of their rights and encourage them to exercise their rights,” said Moyo.
Early this year the arts group hosted Miss Amalungelo (Human rights) another modeling pageant organised to make young people aware of their rights.
“Our group also works with the Youth Empowerment and Transformation Trust to mobilise young people to take part in various activities to make their voices heard in society,” he said.
Victory Siyanqoba is based at Tshabalala Youth Centre and have been performing at a number of functions in a bid to educate and entertain crowds.

Dans l’étoile l’éternité.
Dans la lueur
d’une étoile
je vois l’éternité,
une larme mélodieuse
qui couvre les
sourires, l’amour,
le matin, le chant
d’un berger qui
trouve la jeunesse….
