Army bosses retires, sent on diplomatic service

Is there such a thing as retirement amongst Zanu PF ruling elite??? Most of the former cabinet members, permanent secretaries and other senior Zanu PF members were retired and re-assigned do-nothing positions in the party on their previous salary scale and allowances. The four Major Generals are too being re-assigned, no doubt they too will be on very lucrative conditions of service, to make up for the brown envelops payments from the Army’s diamond mining activities, etc.
