The National Assembly’s Portfolio Committee on Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs will hold public consultations on the Companies and Other Business Entities Bill [H.B. 8, 2018] from Tuesday to Friday this week, as follows:

Attendance at the Public Consultations
Members of the public, interested groups and organisations are invited to attend these consultations – and to present their views on the Bill for inclusion in the Portfolio Committee’s report to the National Assembly in due course.
Anyone wearing on military uniform, signs of ranks, flags or badges or political party regalia will not be allowed access to the public consultations.
