BULAWAYO - The Ministry of Information Communication Technology has finished setting up a national website as efforts to re-brand the image of the country gather momentum. We have completed the technical set up of the national website, he said. We are now waiting for other ministries to send information concerning their ministries which is to be included on the website.
He said the website will provide information on the country to potential visitors and foreign investors, adding that the website will be used as a shopping window for the country. The country will be able to attract more investors through presentations that will be available on the website, he said, who declined to disclose the website address because the site has not yet been officially launched.
Setting up of the national website was part of the inclusive governments 100-day plan, which expired early this month. The national website follows the successful establishment of websites for the ICT ministry, Ministry of Finance and the Prime Minister offices.
