HARARE - Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) News Reporter, Janet Munyaka, has been accused of grabbing her late brothers estate and evicting her sister-in-law. According to court documents, Munyaka grabbed Philemon Sajeni’s property, including two vehicles and two houses. She also chased his wife, Nyarai Chiwashira, and her two sons from the property, leaving them homeless. “Munyaka demanded all property documents from me, said Chiwashira. I refused and so she forcibly took all of our documents including my husband’s original death certificate, US$1200 in cash, 18 fuel coupons and all of my property.
Chiwashira was on Friday 13 November appointed the administrator of her late husbands estate, despite the respondents argument to have an independent estate administrator.
