Since 2008 Musanhi has been battling to recover his home, but with no success. Everson Nyekete, a Zanu (PF) activist who took the house, has refused to leave.
“I no longer have anywhere to sleep. the City of Harare had directed that he vacate the house but he has refused as he also claims to be the owner of the house,” he said.
