Ingoma Nshya is Rwandas first-ever womens drumming group; women who have lived through the Rwandan genocide of 1994 and are now planting a culture of hope, faith, love, respect and tolerance through their incredible drumming skills.
The group will perform at The Mannenberg in central Harare, and facilitate a workshop on Drumming for Healing and Drumming in the traditional context for traditional artists and music students of Harare, in cooperation with the Zimbabwe College of Music, to be held at the college on 6 October.
