The promising reggae artiste who parted ways with Transit Crew a conscious reggae outfit – in 2008, made a name for himself as a solo singer imitating songs by several Jamaican icons from Richie Spice to Sizzla Kalonji.
After a successful maiden run, the Marondera-born musician, who commands a wide following in reggae circles, now feels he has what it takes to record his own material.
The album, which is still in the laboratory, features top Jamaican reggae and dancehall superstars.
Im working on my debut album, which features several Jamaican artistes, chief among them Sizzla (Kalonji). It is being mastered by a Jamaican producer called Dr Cave of Caveman Entertainment, he said adding that he started working on the project last year in September.
