Dangerous Zim criminals on the run in SA

sap_policeJOHANNESBURG - South African police are looking for two dangerous Zimbabwean criminals, Bongani Moyo and Pumlani Sibanda, who broke out of jail in March.

Gauteng cops are appealing for any information that can help them catch these two Zimbabwean nationals. Moyo and Sibanda are believed to have been involved in more than 30 armed robberies.

Gauteng police Corporate Communications Officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Lungelo Dlamini, said, These two suspects escaped from prison on 19 March. They are very dangerous. We appeal to members of the community to contact police if they see them. The suspects should not be confronted.

He added, Moyo alone is believed to have been involved in 20 bank robberies in Gauteng, North West, Limpopo and Mpumalanga. Sibanda has allegedly been involved in at least 10 bank robberies in Gauteng and North West.
