The Portfolio Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs, Constitutional and Parliamentary Affairs and the Thematic Committee on Human Rights will be holding joint public hearings on the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission Bill in Chinhoyi, Gweru, Bulawayo, Gwanda, Masvingo, Mutare and Harare.
