We are in the third week running and there is no list or reason why it’s not being published! I believe as a champion of the right to information and the freedom of expression you need to stand by that promise.
We surely have friends, relatives and colleagues who were abducted and tortured humiliated and murdered. Some were never seen again and these blood thirsty vampires are responsible and should be unmasked.
