Medical examination appeal for jailed MDC activists this afternoon

A ruling on the medical examination application for seven incarcerated MDC activists who were seriously assaulted while in police custody will be heard today at 2:15PM at the Harare Magistrates’ Court. The seven are part of 17 MDC members who are facing false charges of murdering a police officer in Glen View in May. The seven are in remand prison while the 17 members were granted bail last month.
