Supreme Court to hear abductees' case

The Supreme Court will on Thursday 15 September hear an application for stay of prosecution filed by seven political and rights activists, who were abducted and tortured by State security agents in 2008 seeking a stay of prosecution. The matter will be heard at the Supreme Court at 9:30 AM. The seven abductees are Kisimusi Dhlamini, Gandhi Mudzingwa, Andrison Manyere, Zachariah Nkomo, Chinoto Zulu, Mapfumo Garutsa and Regis Mujeyi.
