Crisis in Zimbabwe coalition comments: “From the look of things if work on the constitution progresses to referendum stage Zanu (PF) is most likely going to campaign for a no vote.
COPAC indicates that the second national all stakeholders conference on the constitution will cost US$14 million which will be covered by government – while publicity of the draft up to the referendum is expected to cost US$2.9 million which donors have contributed.”
