
“I’m happy that my move has finally been cleared and now I am ready to do my best for my new club and re-pay those who supported me when things seemed uncertain,” said the reigning PSL footballer of the year. “Coming here will improve my game because this league is more competitive and well-marketed. My next ambition will be to land a move to one of Europe’s biggest teams.”
Arubim, who signed a two-year deal with AmaTuks, was also happy with a chance to work with goalkeepers’ trainer, Tendai, on whose footsteps he has followed as he also hopped from Highladers, Dynamos and now AmaTuks.
Team manager Graham Oosthuis was also a relieved man at the success of negotiations for the player’s contract.
“Everyone in the team is happy that we sorted this and now we can move on. This has given both player and club some rest and we can now focus on the future,” he said.
