INDUSTRIALS
The industrial index slipped 0.48 points (0.31%) to close at 153.58 points. TSL (TSL.zw) lost 1.49 cents to 10.01 cents. EDGARS (EDGR.zw) and INNSCOR (INN.zw) retreated 0.50 cents to trade at 8.50 cents and 74 cents respectively. PADENGA (PHL.zw) was down 0.25 cents to 5.10 cents and AICO AFRICA (AICO.zw) lost 0.10 cents to 13.50 cents.
Losses were offset by OLD MUTUAL (OML.zw) which was up a cent to 168 cents, M&R (MAR.zw) rose 0.22 cents to 2.52 cents and CAIRNS (CAIR.zw) added 0.15 cents to 0.85 cents. CFI (CFI.zw) gained 0.07 cents to 5.60 cents.
MININGS
The mining index was up 2.64 points (2.91%) to close at 93.27 points. HWANGE (HCCL.zw) gained 2 cents to 22 cents and RIOZIM (RIOZ.zw) added 0.50 cents to 64 cents. BINDURA (BIND.zw) and FALGOLD (FALG.zw) were unchanged at previous trading levels.
