What I suggest is that relevant authorities must conduct a thorough audit follow up exercise in order to have the actual position on the ground and must bring the culprits to book.
The government through MPs must do their duties of protecting the people not to politicise each and every programme. The most affected people are the rural folk and our leaders must protect them.
