Unresolved feuds
EDITOR - How possible is it to agree on a cessation of hostilities while the chauvinistic outlaws continue to commit outrageous crimes? Obviously, unresolved feuds linger at the moment. Victims still lick their wounds and scars, anticipating vengeance. Perpetrators are fully aware of their unpardonable gross crimes but selfishness and ignorance have taught them not to show any remorse.
