The musician, who parted ways with the late Utakataka Express frontman in 2010 to put together his own band, Orchestra Vazvamburi, is coming out of the studio for the second time.
Shortly after leaving the late Dhewa’s group as a pioneer member, Mudhindo released his debut album titled Bhora Pasi, which was received with great critical acclaim.
“For the year 2013, my gift to fans is the new album which I have named Zvipere Zvipere,” he said, adding that the project’s launch would soon be held in the city.
Sungura artists like Sugar Sugar, Freddy Kapfupi Manjalima, First Farai and Solo Moyo are some of the musicians expected to grace the launch of the eight-track album.
The hit, Cathy Akanaka, dedicated to Mudhindo’s wife is the one which has caught the hearts of his fans who yell in jubilation each time he does it during live shows.
