Let’s start now

EDITOR - This is the time we were all waiting for, time to take the initiative towards building the Zimbabwe we want. The principals have led the way so we must also follow suit.

It’s quite unfortunate that some of our brothers and sisters are still calling for political intolerance and violence – yet all the leaders of our parties are preaching peace and tolerance. To me such people are dissidents who have rebelled against their leaders.

So I would like to see the leaders who are worth their salt starting to show their credentials by using all means necessary to call these dissidents to order or send them to correctional services and give our nation a chance to rebuild.

Let’s all stand up and be counted for we are about to cross the river Jordan into the promised land. Remember that some of our brothers and sisters had been exposed to wrong doings for a long time to the extent that they could not distinguish between right and wrong.

So it will not be an easy task to make them conform with the right things even for them. It’s not easy to forgive, repent and taking the right path after you had lost it for a distance you thought could take you to your destination but there is no right thing than that. – Lovemore Chikandiwa, Pretoria
