My Best team
Former Midlands Division One side, COSCO, where I played along some of the best players who allowed me the opportunity to later shine in the elite league.
My Best Stadium
It was Baghdad, the home ground for Lancashire Steel. That is where we buried a number of the so-called big teams. The only side that did not easily fall to us there was Caps United and usually drew with them.
Best Opponent I met
Alick Nyoni of Hwange was the most skilful player and best reader of the game I ever played against. He was one of the best players in the league when I played and was one of my best friends off the field.
My Best Midfield Partner
It was Justice Majabvi, whom I was tasked by our coach back then, Fewdays Musonda, to nurture him as he was a fast learner. Majabvi always made it very difficult for our opponents to penetrate us and he and I made the best combination. He later on became team captain after I had left. He really deserves to play abroad.
My Best Coach
Zambian Fewdays Musonda, who was so aggressive and yet understanding. He taught me a lot in the game.
My Best Boot
It was a blue Diadora – a six-stud aluminium that made me feel comfortable and confident.
My Best meal
I enjoy a lot of gravy. It made me feel very light during the game.
My Best Ever African Footballer
Austin “Jay Jay” Okocha, the Nigerian who used to make football look very simple, even when playing against the most difficult of opponents. I don’t think he ever knew what the term “under pressure” really meant because he really enjoyed the game.

I really enjoyed watch you play even though I was not a fan of your team but you always make a difference when you were playing against the big teams
