Former Dynamos great, David Mandigora will always be remembered for his skills and clinical passes in the days the Glamour Boys were unstoppable.

He also has his best choices.

My Best Club

Dynamos remain my favourite club. They had good and unbelievable players in the likes of George Shaya and Tendai Chiedza, with whom I combined very well to demolish many teams.

My Best Stadium

Our perennial slaughter house, Rufaro stadium, remains the best pitch that I played on, with its good turf. Whenever we played there, it always got our spirits up with the electrifying atmosphere. I used to dribble many opponents quite easily there and the ground was superb.

My Best Ever Zimbabwean Player

Former Dynamos ace, George Shaya, remains to me, the most decorated player in the history of our football. He was such a complete player and scored goals left and right.

My Best Coach

John Rudd, who was a great tactician, disciplinarian and a motivator. His experience in the game made football simple to understand for his players.

My Memorable Match

It was in 1977, when we played Black Aces in a Chibuku Trophy match at Rufaro Stadium. The match was evenly-balanced and entertaining. Daniel Ncube scored both our goals as we beat them 2-0.

My Best Zimbabwean representative in Europe

There are two players who managed to lift our flag high – Peter Ndlovu, who mesmerized many footballers with his unbelievable skills at Coventry City, and Moses Chunga, who played in the Belgian league and was the first Zimbabwean player to play in Europe.
