People need life skills: Chaurura

The Inspire Zimbabwe Foundation will host a personal development seminar on Saturday, to be addressed by top business consultants Warren Gapara and Gabriel Chipara. The foundation is the brainchild of Florence Chaurura, who is passionate about building life-changing bridges and empowering the marginalized, who remind her where she came from on her own personal journey from Harare’s Mufakose to leader of a successful direct selling company.

She believes personal development training is an important foundation necessary to fulfil her broader vision of a significant economy built on the skills of empowered individuals. “People need to be capacitated with the personal and life skills need to help them leverage their professional and technical skills to maximum effect,” she says.

Her goal is to establish a centre with world–class resource materials that can offer relevant training by a pool of expert trainers. IZF has already set the ball rolling in mentoring young entrepreneurs who receive training and resources in starting livelihood projects for sustainable income. – inspirezimbabwe@gmail.com
