
“They are coming for a war and we are ready for them. They will return to Cairo empty handed,” he declared. “They won last time, but it was so close and they know that they were very lucky not to scratch a draw. They are a good team, but like us, they are still in a rebuilding process and we will make it count for us this time. We will take advantage of our home ground and please our fans.
“We dominated them in their home ground and nothing can stop us from doing the same, but with a more positive result this time. We only need to score quick goals that will unsettle them and should that happen, they will return with their tails between their legs. It is high time we took Zimbabwe back to a respectable level in terms of soccer and everyone is determined to work towards that.”
The Warriors kingpin said he was personally looking forward to an interesting tie and was well-motivated to give it his best shot.
