Lewis Uriri who was being instructed by Harrison Nkomo representing the MDC-T told reporters after the one hour long chamber hearing that the case had been differed to Wednesday.
“The certain consultations that are presently going on between ourselves and the legal practitioners representing the other parties the judge will hear us Wednesday afternoon. The nature of the consultations is too sensitive for public consumption at this stage. That is all we can say at the moment,” Uriri said.

I am sorry , as much as I agree with MDC, Chiweshe will never agree with them because he is Zanu boy. Such judges must be removed in new Zimbabwe.
