Lilian Acropol, the JOMIC Provincial Co-chairperson, told The Zimbabwean that from preliminary investigations carried out, reports linking Mujere to the violence are substantiated.
“Mujere has been seen ferrying rowdy youths around in JOMIC vehicles to places where they have perpetrated violence. The cases have been rampant in Shurugwi North’s Ward 16 where a homestead was burnt down because its owner was believed to be an MDC-T supporter,” said Acropol. “Mujere’s case is worrying in that the he is a top member of JOMIC in Shurugwi.”
