Well the result has been outstanding with many shocked at finding out that they are in fact registered to vote and at points appropriate to where they last lived before coming to the UK. A few came back to naively suggest that the register needs updating but I have emphasised that they need to register before they can be put on the register and that their being there without registering is a scam. Yes, the people in the Diapora may have on the face of it been disenfranchised, but covertly used to vote for Robert Mugabe and Zanu (PF) by subterfuge
