The census is obviously a lie when it is made to show that the rest of the country has had no significant population growth over the preceding ten years except in the areas called Mashonaland and Harare. The purpose is to take all the parliamentary seats to the said areas and deprive other places of the real representation and development that they deserve. It says that Bulawayo has far less than one million people and officialdom expects people to believe that. Look at the sparse homestead population of UMP and imagine how they come up with more than forty thousand votes in each election, and you will understand the purpose behind the lying.
