The list includes President Robert Mugabe and Grace. Mugabe asks if there is anyone who has been left out. One member who would have brought the number to 300 died recently.
1430: Mnangagwa takes to the podium to read out congress resolutions. Starts off by accusing Joice Mujuru of leading a "cabal of counter-revolutionaries" who planned to stop the 2013 general elections "with the evil intention of extending the GNU" and wanted to corrupt party structures with the intention of illegally seizing power. Congrats Grace Mugabe for stopping Mujuru

History will judge the whole thing a bloody waste of time and opportunity to address matters that mattered to the party and to the nation.
The party congress failed to come up with anything to revive the country’s economy but, as anyone would tell, the weeds do not stop growing because the lazy farmer is out fishing. The economic meltdown has continued regardless of Zanu PF’s failure to come up with anything.
Unlike Mai Mujuru who could be cheated and threatened and then pushed aside in the fight for power; the economy will be no pushover. Mugabe and Mnangagwa’s stay in power will depend on fixing the economy, if they do not then they will not last till 2018!
