Models blame diaspora

HARARE - Two UK-based Zimbabwean models Ropafadzo Garise and Faith Matambanashe made a sponsored visit to Zimbabwe last week for the country's Travel Expo. The visit was funded by the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority and Air Zimbabwe.

Garise said some Zimbabweans in the Diaspora were stifling economic turnaround strategies through bad publicity.
“It is sad to note that our fellow Zimbabweans are the ones who are preaching the wrong gospel about our country. They say bad things about the country, as they will be desperately seeking permanent residence in the UK,” staff reporter.
