Onlookers said some soldiers started to assault patrons with booted feet and broken chairs. When a police cycle patrol unit came to intervene. the soldiers smashed their bicycles and broke two windscreens of cars belonging to patrons.
The police managed to arrest 10 people who are expected to appear in court today.
