NMBZ Chief resigns (21-09-07)

HARARE:
NMBZ Chief Executive Officer, David Hatendi, has resigned.

In a statement made available to CAJ News on Thursday afternoon, that was released to the financial institutions Board of Directors said Hatendi's resignation came after the bank was being investigated by the Reserve

Bank of Zimbabwe for a US$4,6 million fraud perpetrated in the bank’s Treasury Department that created a funding gap of over US$2 million.

There were no immediate comments from the RBZ as well as Hatendi-CAJ News.
