“The attacks on Shabane mine employees serves to show how this regime has turned so brutal to its own people. This serves to prove to all regional leaders that Zanu (PF) is the violent party, not the MDC,” said the MDC’s spokesperson.
“Information that we have been supplied with shows that some youths wearing Zanu (PF) T-shirts, and chanting pro-Mugabe and anti-MDC slogans, stormed the man’s rural home in the middle of the night and severely brutalized the MDC cadre.”
