 The three who have been killed include a mother and two children.
 The Pretoria Emergence Services Spokesperson Johan Pieterse confirmed the incident as one of the fatal accidents ever experienced in the country.
 A mother and two children died on the scene while the father and another child were in a critical condition, said Johan Pieterse
 The accident took place near the Rigel Avenue off-ramp involved eight vehicles – one bus, one truck and six cars.
The Zimbabwean could not get the names of those involved as the police said they needed to reach family members of the deceased before going to the media.
 About twenty of victims of that accident are reported to have sustained serious injuries whilst four are said to be in the intensive care unit at one local hospital.
