Addressing journalists at a Press conference, IDZ chairman David Mutambara said the awards would be in three categories, namely: listed companies on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, small to medium enterprises, and the parastatals, public service sector and non-governmental organisation category.
“Director of the year will be nominated from the overall best candidate from these three categories,” he said. Â
Mutambara said the competition would be in line with the theme “Lighting the Future” where corporate governance matters will be at the centre of the selection.
