List of Farms Seized

Notice of Acquisition of Agriculture Land under section 16(B)(2)(a)(iii) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, and the Minister of State for National Security, Lands,Land Reform and Resettlement in the Presidents Office hereby acquires for and behalf of the State, the land identified and described in the Schedule for the purpose of settlement for agriculture.                  Further Take Notice that ownership of the acquired land with full title therein vested in the State is with effect from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
