The Presidential run-off election will be held concurrently with the three by-elections (Pelandaba-Mpopoma, Gwanda South and Redcliff) where some candidates died before the 29th of March 2008 harmonised elections.

Alert 16 May 2008 - Harare - A Statutory Instrument 78/2008 gazetted today by Zimbabwe Electoral Commission [ZEC] has set the date for the Presidential run-off election as Friday 27th June 2008.
