Police forced to vote Mugabe

BULAWAYO - Police have cast their postal ballots in front of senior officers who forced them to vote for Robert Mugabe.

They were ordered to claim postal ballots ahead of the June 27 presidential run-off. Their spouses and dependents over 18 have also been registered as special constabularies for the purposes of the election.

“On June 11 we were gathered at the Senior Officers’ Mess at Ross Camp and forced to vote for Mugabe by the Senior Assistant Commissioner Lee Muchemwa, Assistant Commissioner Cornelious Muzeza and the Crime Prevention Officer Supt Milos Moyo. I feel like I’ve been raped because this was not my choice. I ask all Zimbabweans to go out in their numbers on June 27 and vote out this illegal regime that is willing to do anything in order to remain in power,” a police officer said.
