It is far from ideal – but it is a deal. It represents the first step in a very long journey for us all. To lament over the fact that such a journey – back from the edge of the abyss – should never have been necessary in the first place is unhelpful at this moment in time. The journey back to sanity has begun – that is all that matters now.
