Political impasse sends Zimbabwe dollar tumbling

BULAWAYO - Zimbabwe's battered currency has plunged to new record lows days after President Robert Mugabe and Prime Minister-designate Morgan Tsvangirai failed to break a deadlock over the allocation of key Cabinet ministries.
