ZANU PF, opposition to meet in SA over draft Bill

HARARE - Zimbabwe's ruling party and the opposition MDC will meet in South Africa to discuss a draft constitutional amendment that seeks to give legal effect to a power-sharing agreement between the political rivals, an opposition official told the media on Thursday.
