ZEC violates power-sharing deal: Announces 9 by-elections

HARARE - The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) has announced that it is preparing to hold by-elections to fill the nine current Parliamentary vacancies in contemptuous violation of the power-sharing deal which imposes a one year moratorium on by-elections.
